SuKo is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. Our manufacturing facility covers over 6,000 square meters and includes a Class 10,000 (ISO 14644-1 Class 7) cleanroom for medical-grade and semiconductor-grade PTFE production.
SuKo holds ISO 9001 and CE certifications for our equipment products, and ISO 13485:2016 certification (certificate number 204769) for medical-grade fluoroplastic products including single-lumen tubes, multi-lumen tubes, solid rods, and etched tubes. We are also recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
SuKo holds over 40 patents, including invention patents, utility model patents, and software copyrights, covering both fluoroplastic products and our proprietary manufacturing equipment.

2. PTFE Quality Certifications - ISO 13485 & More

Yes. Our medical-grade PTFE and fluoroplastic products are manufactured under ISO 13485:2016 and meet USP Class VI biocompatibility requirements. Our production processes are validated to ensure consistent quality and purity. ISO 10993 biological evaluation reports are available upon customer request.
Yes. All of our PTFE and fluoroplastic products fully comply with EU RoHS environmental requirements. REACH compliance documentation is also available upon request.

3. PTFE Tubing Sizes, Types & Custom Options

We offer a comprehensive range of PTFE tubing with outer diameters from 0.5mm to 271mm and wall thickness from 0.1mm to 10.0mm. Our PTFE tubing is available across four size tiers, and custom sizes are available upon request.
We manufacture a wide variety of PTFE tubing, including large-diameter PTFE tubes, compression molded PTFE tubes, modified PTFE tubes, PTFE filter tubes, spiral cut PTFE tubing, PTFE capillary tubing, AWG tubing, PTFE single-lumen tubes, PTFE multi-lumen tubing, PTFE thin-walled tubes, PTFE/PFA/FEP etched tubes, PTFE high-hardness tubes, PTFE liner tubes, PTFE/PFA/FEP heat shrink tubing, and PTFE high-rigidity transparent tubes.
Yes. We offer modified PTFE tubing with various fillers including glass fiber for improved rigidity and creep resistance, carbon fiber for enhanced strength and thermal conductivity, graphite for superior self-lubrication, molybdenum disulfide for reduced friction, and bronze powder for improved wear resistance.
For standard PTFE tubing, our tolerances are typically ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm depending on size. For precision medical and semiconductor applications, we offer tighter tolerances down to ±0.03mm on outer diameter and ±0.02mm on wall thickness.

4. PTFE Corrugated Hose - Sizes & Applications

We offer 40 standard sizes of PTFE corrugated hose with inner diameters from 4.7mm to 106mm and outer diameters from 7.5mm to 123mm. Metric sizes range from 6×8mm up to 120×124mm, and imperial sizes range from 1/4 inch to 4 inches. Base tube wall thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 2.0mm.
Our PTFE corrugated hoses feature a smooth-bore, outer-corrugated design. The inner wall remains completely smooth, minimizing fluid resistance and preventing media buildup, while the outer corrugated structure provides excellent flexibility, vibration absorption, and thermal expansion compensation. Both ends are heat-flattened for easy fitting connections.
We manufacture corrugated hoses in PTFE for general chemical applications, PFA for semiconductor-grade high-purity applications, and PEEK for high-temperature and high-pressure applications. Each material offers different performance characteristics to meet specific application requirements.
PTFE corrugated hoses operate from -60°C to +230°C, with short-term capability up to +260°C, supporting steam sterilization and high-temperature media transfer. PFA and PEEK versions offer extended temperature capabilities.
Yes. Beyond our 40 standard sizes, we can develop custom sizes and configurations based on customer specifications, including reduced-end designs for smaller fitting connections and expansion joints for large-diameter pipe thermal compensation.

5. PTFE Smooth-Bore Hose - Specs & Differences

We offer 29 standard sizes of PTFE smooth-bore hose with inner diameters from 2mm to 150mm, outer diameters from 4mm to 160mm, and wall thickness from 1.0mm to 5.0mm. Sizes from 2×4mm up to 50×54mm are typically supplied in 30 to 100 meter rolls, while larger sizes are cut to customer requirements.
Tolerances for our PTFE smooth-bore hose range from ±0.1mm for smaller sizes up to ±2.1mm for larger diameters, depending on the specific size and wall thickness.
PTFE smooth-bore hose has a completely smooth inner and outer surface, offering minimal flow resistance and easy cleaning, making it ideal for sanitary and high-purity applications. PTFE corrugated hose has a smooth inner bore with a corrugated outer surface, providing flexibility and vibration absorption. Choose smooth-bore hose for straight-line, high-flow applications and corrugated hose for flexible connections requiring movement compensation.

6. PTFE Rod and Sheet - Sizes & Options

We offer PTFE rods in a wide range of sizes. For standard extruded PTFE rods at 1000mm length, diameters range from 5mm to 200mm. For compression molded PTFE rods at 200mm length, diameters range from 30mm to 250mm. PTFE rod weights vary from 0.05kg for a 5mm rod to over 70kg for a 200mm rod.
We offer PTFE molded sheets in multiple sizes including 500×500mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1500×1500mm, and 2000×1000mm, with thickness options from 8mm up to 100mm depending on sheet size. Custom PTFE sheet sizes are available upon request.
Compression molded PTFE generally offers higher density, better dimensional stability, and superior mechanical properties compared to standard extruded PTFE products. We offer both types to meet different application requirements.
Yes. We offer recycled PTFE rod as an economical option for non-critical applications where virgin-grade purity is not required.

7. PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing - Shrink Ratios & Specs

We offer PTFE heat shrink tubing in two shrink ratios: 1.7:1 and 4:1. The 1.7:1 PTFE heat shrink tubing covers sizes from 0.5mm to 16mm (expanded inner diameter), while the 4:1 PTFE heat shrink tubing covers Φ1.5 to Φ10, providing higher compression for demanding applications.
Our PTFE heat shrink tubing features tensile strength of - 4.5 MPa, elongation - 50%, working temperature up to 260°C, dielectric constant of 2.1, volume resistivity >10¹- Ω·cm, and UL-224 VW-1 flame rating. It offers excellent chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and weatherability with no cracking after 2000 hours of accelerated weathering tests.
PTFE heat shrink tubing is used for wire and cable insulation and protection, medical catheter connections, semiconductor high-purity fluid line sealing, aerospace wire harnessing, sensor and connector encapsulation, and corrosion protection for metal components.
The standard color for our PTFE heat shrink tubing is transparent (clear). Colored PTFE heat shrink tubing is available upon request using color masterbatch added to virgin PTFE resin. All materials are RoHS compliant.
Our transparent PTFE heat shrink tubing is made from 97% virgin PTFE resin supplied by Daikin, Japan, with no additives. Colored PTFE heat shrink tubing contains approximately 3% color masterbatch. All materials are RoHS compliant.

8. PTFE Sewing Thread - Sizes & Applications

We offer PTFE sewing thread in 10 standard models ranging from T2/1000 to T6/2700 Denier. Breaking strengths for our PTFE sewing thread range from - 5N to - 6N, with length per kilogram from 9,000 meters down to 3,300 meters. All PTFE sewing threads feature a working temperature range of -190°C to +260°C, shrinkage - %, and breaking elongation between 4% and 7%.
Our PTFE sewing threads are specifically designed for sewing filtration bags made from PTFE, Nomex, PPS, P84, FMS, and acrylic materials. They are also used for reinforced sewing of filter bag mouths and bottoms, providing exceptional chemical resistance and temperature stability in harsh filtration environments.
PTFE sewing thread offers unmatched chemical resistance, the widest temperature range of -190°C to +260°C, extremely low friction, and complete resistance to hydrolysis and UV degradation. PTFE thread does not absorb moisture and maintains its mechanical properties over decades of service.

9. ePTFE Expanded Sheet and Tape - Features & Uses

ePTFE expanded sheet is a high-performance gasket material produced by expanding virgin PTFE without any binders or additives. Our ePTFE expanded sheet operates from -240°C to +290°C, handles pH 0-14, withstands pressures up to 40 bar, and is available in standard 1524×1524mm sheets with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 3.0mm.
ePTFE expanded sheet offers superior gas sealing performance, compensates for flange surface irregularities and damage, provides excellent compression recovery, and features a unique conformability that requires less bolt load to achieve reliable sealing. Our ePTFE sheet is easily cut by hand or machine for quick installation, and its self-lubricating properties prevent gasket sticking.
ePTFE expanded sheet is ideal for highly corrosive applications and effectively controls leakage at pipe connections. Typical applications include steel flanges, plastic flanges, glass-lined flanges, PTFE-lined or rubber-lined flanges, and flanges with damaged or uneven sealing surfaces.
We offer expanded PTFE tape in over 100 size combinations with widths from 3mm to 100mm and thicknesses from 0.5mm to 10mm, available in a wide variety of width-thickness combinations to suit different flange sizes and sealing requirements.

10. Medical-Grade PTFE Tubing - Specifications & Applications

We offer a range of medical-grade fluoroplastic products including PTFE single-lumen tubes, PTFE multi-lumen tubing, PTFE thin-walled tubes, PTFE capillary tubing, PTFE/PFA/FEP etched tubes, PTFE heat shrink tubing, and PTFE solid rods. All medical-grade PTFE products are manufactured under ISO 13485:2016 certification in our Class 10,000 cleanroom.
Our PTFE multi-lumen tubing is manufactured from virgin or modified PTFE and can be configured with 2 to 8 independent lumens. Sizes range from AWG 28 to AWG 10 with custom configurations available. PTFE multi-lumen tubing operates from -200°C to +260°C and meets ISO 13485 and USP Class VI requirements. The smooth inner walls minimize friction for guidewire and instrument passage.
Our PTFE thin-walled tubing achieves wall thicknesses of 0.025mm and above, with outer diameters ranging from 1.8Fr to 10Fr. Outer diameter tolerance is held to ±0.03mm with inner surface roughness (Ra) of - .2μm. PTFE thin-walled tubing offers excellent lubricity, biocompatibility, dielectric insulation, chemical resistance, and weatherability.
Yes. We offer comprehensive customization services for medical-grade PTFE tubing. We can develop custom lumen configurations with 2 to 8 lumens, custom AWG sizes, and specific dimensional requirements based on customer drawings or CAD files. Our medical-grade PTFE products are widely used in interventional radiology, cardiology, peripheral and neurovascular drug delivery systems, diagnostic catheters, stone retrieval baskets, polypectomy snares, stent delivery systems, injection needles, endoscopic devices, and interventional microcatheter systems.
A PTFE etched tube is a PTFE/PFA/FEP tube that has been chemically or plasma-treated to create a micro-rough surface structure. This surface treatment enables reliable adhesion to other materials and promotes endothelial cell attachment in vascular applications. PTFE etched tubes are primarily used as coverings for vascular stents and as substrates for artificial blood vessels.
